English is an international language, which is widely spoken by people in most of countries in the world. It is used as a means of communication and development of knowledge, culture, technology, and art. Because English is important, many schools in Indonesia nowadays determine English as compulsory subject in school. English has been introduced to educational institutions, which is learned from junior high school up to university level (Laina, 2003).

In learning English, the students also have to master four basic language skills: Reading, writing, listening and speaking. Students also have to master vocabularies, grammar and pronunciation. One of the ways in communication is through speaking. Speaking is the most important ability to be learned. It is very important to master speaking well; especially to improve the speaking ability.

Fortunately, nowadays the students are challenged and rewarded to cope the sufficient knowledge for the sake of their ability in speaking in target language. It means that they are challenged to speak English fluently, for example; when the students will express his desires, ideas, thought or willingness by using the target language. So all at once he may easily learn the listening, reading and writing skills accordingly. Secondly, they felt rewarded when they understood that by mastering the English orally they might get pleasant and intelligent carrier choices beyond the complex and the modern society.
